Heavy Snow, Ice Highlight Eastern U.S. Winter Storm

The powerful and disruptive winter storm that barreled up the East Coast is starting to exit New England today. In its wake is a swath of ice and snow that buried the eastern U.S. from the Gulf Coast to Maine.
