Mount Washington Observatory in New Hampshire saw three days of blizzard conditions between January 26 and January 28, with wind gusts peaking at 127 mph. Visibility was dramatically reduced due to the heavy snow and high winds, but weather observers still managed to venture outside to do their jobs.
