After you fill out the required WeatherBug Mobile Weather Alerts Sign Up information
(above) and then click the "Get Weather Alerts Now" button, you will need to activate
your subscription via the following process:

Within 10 minutes you should receive a confirmation message on your phone from 46284
(GoBug).

You will need to send a reply text message with the letter “Y” to activate your
WeatherBug Mobile Alerts.

You will then receive a second message that confirms the zip code assigned to your
account (zip code you entered during registration).

If you don’t receive a forecast message within two (2) business days, please fill
out a Support Request Form or call 1-800-223-2145
NOTE: You can change the default zip code for this service at any time by texting
"zip" followed by a new zip code to 46284.
IMPORTANT: You must be the Account Holder and have a phone capable of RECEIVING
and SENDING text messages in order to sign up for WeatherBug Mobile Alerts. Auto-renewing
monthly subscription fee will be billed to your mobile phone bill or deducted from
your prepaid balance. User should expect an average of 10 to 15 severe weather alerts
per month; however, this number can be more or less, depending on the actual weather
conditions in your area. Standard text messaging rates may apply. To cancel your
subscription at any time, send the word STOP to 46284 (GoBug). For customer support
