Ida's Wrath: Mainly Heavy Rain, Gusty Winds

Ida's remnants of Ida are slowly moving across Southeast, spreading heavy rain from South Carolinas into the Delmarva. The following is the impact from Ida as it came onshore, made landfall and dissipated into its current state as a remnant low slowly trudging through the Southeast.
