WeatherBug Showcases Latest Mobile Applications for Live Hurricane Coverage at CTIA Wireless I.T. and Entertainment 2008

• WeatherBug on Verizon Wireless: Verizon wireless users can watch WeatherBug's latest Tropical Storm videos and track Hurricane Ike on Verizon Wireless' VCAST Video from a newly created Hurricane Section in the news category in VCAST. WeatherBug's live, local weather information, hourly forecasts and severe weather alerts are also available through SMS and MMS messages, through the Get It Now^® virtual store, and through Verizon Mobile Web 2.0SM .
• WeatherBug Protect: Used by schools and public safety officials around the Gulf Coast, WeatherBug Protect turns mobile phones into life-saving emergency notification devices for severe weather such as lightning, flash flooding, tornadoes and hurricanes. WeatherBug Protect is the first alerting system to integrate weather alerts from the NWS with live, streaming weather information from the WeatherBug Network of WeatherBug weather sensors and cameras located across the U.S.

Additionally, WeatherBug will also show a variety of other mobile applications and devices recently announced such as its Nokia S60 widgets, Java applications for Blackberry and suite of offerings available on carriers such as Sprint and Alltel.
