This morning....showers were noted developing just east of a Hillsboro to Waco to Cameron line. This activity was generally moving towards the northwest at around 10 to 15 mph. An additional area of showers was noted near Lampasas and was moving towards the north west at around 5 to 10 mph. Otherwise...areas of patchy fog and partly to mostly cloudy skies were noted across north and central Texas. Through late morning...additional showers will be possible across north and central Texas. Rainfall amounts should remain light...generally under one quarter of an inch. Also...areas of patchy fog should gradually dissipate by 10 AM. Otherwise...skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy with temperatures climbing into the 70s and 80s.
