Strong north winds at 35 to 45 mph with gusts to around 60 mph will continue along and north of a Guymon to Dalhart line this evening. Winds of 30 to 40 mph with higher gusts will continue across the remainder of the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles this evening. These strong winds will create blowing dust which will reduce visibilities to less than one mile at times.
