The precipitation was along and north of Interstate 40 and was moving to the east southeast at 15 miles an hour. Through noon...precipitation will continue to move east across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Along and north of highway 412...a mixture of rain...sleet...and snow will be possible. South of that...rain will continue. No significant snowfall accumulations are expected.
