Temperatures in this area have dropped to near or just below freezing...Thus some of the rain will likely change over to freezing rain. Light freezing drizzle was spreading across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas...north of the main area of light rain. All this activity was quickly lifting northeast across the area. Through 6:00 PM...light rain or light freezing rain will continue across southeast Oklahoma and western Arkansas...with hourly rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch. Areas of freezing drizzle will also continue across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas...with precipitation amounts between a trace...to a couple hundredths of an inch. The freezing precipitation may accumulate on elevated surfaces...such as trees...cars...along with overpasses and bridge
