At 3:57 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radars continued to detect scattered light rain spreading across much of southeast Oklahoma and into western Arkansas...mainly along and south of a line from Witter to Ashland. Light drizzle or light freezing drizzle was also being reported across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas...north of the main area of light rain. All this activity was quickly lifting northeast across the area. Through 5:30 PM...light rain will continue across southeast Oklahoma and western Arkansas...with hourly rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch. Areas of drizzle and freezing drizzle will also continue across northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas...with precipitation amounts between a trace...to a couple hundredths of an inch. The freezing drizzle may accumulate on elevated surfaces...such as trees...cars...along with overpasses and bridges. Use extra caution if out driving this evening.
