Visibilities will improve late this morning and early this afternoon. At 11 AM...most visibilities across Oklahoma and north Texas had improved to greater than one-half mile...and this trend of improving visibilities will continue. Some areas of dense fog may continue through noon across central Oklahoma...especially in low-lying spots. Even though the fog is dissipating and lifting... You should still exercise extreme caution if traveling late this morning. Be prepared for slower than Normal traffic and drastic changes in visibilities over short distances.
