National Weather Service Doppler radars indicated bands of light to moderate snow occurring mainly along the I 44 corridor stretched from south central Oklahoma to the extreme northeast part of the state. Movement was to the northeast at around 30 mph. Through 3 PM... A band of light to moderate snow is expected to head northeast... Roughly along I 44. Another 1 inch of snow could fall in the Tulsa area including parts of Okfuskee... Okmulgee... And creek counties as well. Locations along the I 44 corridor to the north and east of Tulsa will likely be affected. Widespread travel problems are not anticipated... As most of the snow accumulation will occur on grassy or elevated surfaces
