At 1 AM...the back edge of light rain was located from Archer City Texas to Duncan and Shawnee in Oklahoma. Locations east of that line will generally receive one to three tenths of an inch of rain this morning...with temperatures in the upper 30s and low 40s. Elsewhere...overcast skies may break to reveal partial clearing at times...but areas of fog are also expected. The fog will dissipate near and after sunrise...when northerly winds are expected to increase.
