Be alert for rapid rises of fast flowing water in normally dry Arroyos and over low water crossings as rainfall rates will easily reach one inch in an hours time. Locations that may be affected include the area from Laguna over cebolletita...ghost ranch and regina...the area from Meadow lake to San Acacia...Mountainair...dusty...and El Vado to Chama.
