A north south band of steady rain was embedded within this drizzle from Sussex County over the the northwest tip of the state down to philadelphia's northeast suburbs and then down into Camden County New Jersey. The steady rain was expanding in coverage and will affect much of western New Jersey and the Delaware valley from Philadelphia northward...through at least midnight.
