Further to the south...a wide area of steady rain and scattered heavy showers is lifting out of Iowa into southern Minnesota near I-90 from Worthington and Jackson to St James...Fairmont...Blue Earth...Mankato Waseca and Albert Lea...and Owatonna...between now and 145 PM today. In this area expect a couple hours of steady light rain...with a brief very heavy shower and a widespread light accumulation of less than a tenth inch...up to a quarter inch rain with some heavy showers in isolat
