A line of strong thunderstorms with hail and strong gusty winds between 40 and 50 mph will plunge out of central Minnesota to the southeast and sweep across eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin between now and 900 PM. Trailing edge will move from Little Falls...Sauk Centre...Granite Falls...and Marshall to I-35 between Duluth and the Twin cities by 700 PM. The leading edge will move to Shell Lake...Barron...and Ellsworth Wisconsin to Red Wing....and Rochester by 700 PM. Intense rains are likely with some hail around the big storms...while Overall rainfall amounts will range from a quarter inch up to a half inch through the afternoon and early evening.
