A line showers and thunderstorms...with very heavy rains...hail is located south of Redwood Falls and Marshall moving to the south towards Walnut Grove...Wabasso and Wanda...between now and 1045 AM. Another line of storms is developing across the central third of Minnesota from the Twin City metro area west to Watertown...Winsted Willmar...Prinsburg...Olivia...Montevideo...Boyd and Madison. Expect a half hour of rain...with brief torrential rains in isolated locations...some is hail possible with many of these storms. Further to the south...a wide area of steady rain and scattered heavy showers is lifting out of Iowa into southern Minnesota near I-90 from Worthington and Jackson to Fairmont...Blue Earth...Waseca and Albert Lea...and Owatonna...between now and noon today. Expect a couple hours of steady light rain...with a brief very heavy shower and a widespread light accumulation of less than a tenth inch...up to a quarter inch rain with some heavy showers in isolated locations.
