Very heavy showers and the most active line of thunderstorms continues to develop and redevelop over the east central third of Minnesota from Gaylord and Le Sueur to the Twin cities. Expect temporary street and possibly basement flooding. Also thunderstorms with small hail. Most of the hail is a pea sized. At the same time...multiple bands of showers are falling across the rest of eastern Minnesota from Brainerd and Little Falls to lake Mille Lacs and the Twin City metro. Periods of very heavy rain falls with half inch to 1.5 inches and small hail are expected along and near the Minnesota River from Le Sueur through the Twin cities...until noon today.
