The snow will be tapering off along the Pennsylvania border...after leaving behind a quarter to half inch of fresh snow. Gusty winds of 30 to 40 mph...with occasional gusts to 50 mph will temporarily reduce visibilities in the heavier snow showers. Wind chill values will also drop well into the teens and 20s.
