Beryl's effects to be Felt as the day progresses. Subtropical storm Beryl located about 165 miles east of Jacksonville Florida has maximum sustained winds of 50 mph and a present movement to the west-southwest at 10 mph. The current track of this system will take it near the north Florida and southeast Georgia coast later this evening. Tropical storm warnings have been issued for Volusia County and the Marine waters southward along the north Florida coast to the Volusia County-brevard county line extending out from the coast 60 nautical miles. Small craft advisories are in place for all other legs except the near shore leg south from Sebastian inlet through Jupiter Inlet. West winds will increase to 25 to 30 knots with gusts to 45 knots and seas building to 9 to 11 feet where tropical storm warnings exist over the coastal waters.
