The line of storms which moved through the I 4 corridor this afternoon is about to exit offshore Volusia County. Mariners from Cape Canaveral northward can expect wind gusts of 30 kt or possibly greater and cloud-to-water lightning as these storms move into the Atlantic. Some showers have also developed around Okeechobee and will move off to the northeast...affecting the Treasure Coast with heavy rain and occasional lightning before moving offshore in the next couple of hours. Elsewhere...isolated to scattered showers will continue behind the line of storms.
