An increase in coverage and intensity of storms will occur later in the afternoon over interior sections. The main Hazard will be lightning strikes...but gusty winds to 40 mph will be a Hazard for boaters mainly on Inland Lakes. Storm motion will be slow to the north northeast...so a few strong storms could also dump 2 inches of rain in a short period of time.
