South of Interstate 44...the precipitation was spreading to the north and east...while north of Interstate 44 the precipitation was moving west and southwest around 25 mph. Through 11:30 PM... Rain showers with isolated thunderstorms will continue to spread across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. Hourly rainfall amounts of a few hundredths to near a half inch will be possible...with locally higher amounts of a half inch to near one inch capable within the stronger showers and isolated embedded thunderstorms.
