At 11:40 AM...National Weather Service radars continued to indicate rain and snow over portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. This activity was located along and north of Interstate 40...and mainly east of highway 75. Movement was to the east southeast at 20 miles an hour. Through 2 PM...snow will fall north of Interstate 40 with accumulations up to one inch possbile across parts of northwest Arkansas and that portion of eastern Oklahoma along the Arkansas border. To the south...rain or a rain and snow mix will be possible.
Occasional rain late in the morning...then mostly cloudy with chance of light rain in the afternoon. Windy. Highs in the upper 40s. North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph. Chance of rain 90 percent.
